My take:  The premier grabbed some very needed leverage last week, plan and simple. We have two options and one of the determining selection criteria (now perhaps the most highly rated one) will be the 'path of least resistance'. Noront says they don't care which and I don't care which. We both only care that one is built to the ROF. On the other hand, I believe all these communities should have permanent road access at some near point and that the promise of the ROF will make that a reality. For now though, creating leverage, imposing a little FN shake up and some public FN in fighting all serves the common objective here. Good for Wynn for finally taking the lead role.
