Message: First Nations dispute Ring of Fire road agreement

NOTE, from Ringer's posting @ 07:39PM:
"Chiefs of Nibinamik and Webequie First Nations say the current agreement is to conduct a study to connect the two communities to the provincial highway network, not to the Ring of Fire."

And from Premier's press release:
"to announce that Ontario will support First Nations to plan and construct an east-west road connecting the Webequie and Nibinamik communities to the provincial highway network north of Pickle Lake."

So there is no agreement to build yet. Announcement is of another study!, which the premier names as 'plan'.

So how about the previous study?
Potential for more delays.
Once that is done the native communities are to build the road?

And who will build the last leg to the Ring itself?

Surprising and clear as mud to me.
