In separate (but slightly related) OT news, Glencore just agreed to help finance the restart of Champion Iron's Bloom Lake project.  Plus off-take agreements.

Some of you will remember Bloom as being part of Cliffs' stable of assets, sold for a pittance to CIA at around the same time that Noront picked up the Ring assets for pennies on the dollar.
