But, fast forward now to August.

Did Wynne come out with a plan?  Yes she did. Trudeau only said she needed to come out with a plan...nothing was said about all reserves liking it!

In the past we kept hearing...The Ontario Gov't has not applied to the Federal gov't for funding from the Build Canada Fund..

But .....why would they??

Because.... of what Mushkegowuk stated back in 2015. If Mushkegowuk already applied to the Feds then ..no need to apply

The way I see it, Wynne came out with a plan and if Mushkegowuk is ready as they said they were...and they applied for the Building Canada Fund... and if the feds approve the money....then Trudeau is free to announce this news ..
