Steve recently interviewed Kathleen Wynne on TVO's Agenda......Which made me think..... Maybe I should ask him to do another show about the Ring of Fire......You know.....To update everyone......Lets see if he bites.

To Steve Paikin:

Could you please do another show to update everyone about the progress being made with the Ring of Fire.  This time, include Kathleen Wynne, Michael Gravelle, the mining companies Noront and KWG, and invite the Chiefs from the Matawa communities closest to the proposed mine site.  I know this is an extremely sensitive subject Steve, but I think the rest of Ontario, and Canada, should be kept abreast of its progress.  Especially, when so many have been waiting patiently for close to a decade to see any signs of progress, only to be let down time and time again.  Why?

Remember Steve, there is a lot riding on this (socioeconomic change for Ontario First Nations, billions of dollars in revenue, thousands of jobs, and a new North American stainless steel industry). I believe your the only guy who can handle this delicate subject by asking the right questions.  That is..... Unless you have your hands tied by the powers that be at TVO.  Its been a long time since you last spoke to those involved, and I think it is time for you to revisit the Ring of Fire once again.

Are you up to the challenge Steve? Or are you going to wait for someone to beat you to it?
