What i was thinking and this is just me . The financing they are showing in 2017 is going to be about getting ready to be building the mine and getting noront ready.Not about flow through shares. Like getting a major loan and clean up all debits, pay for engineering , feasibility planning , so the first finacing will be about having enough money to plan to build and order long lead equipment. Secound finacing in 2018 to actually build. And third to complete to first sales of ore. Just me i may be out to lunch with this but i hope not because the soonner we get a big chunk of cash the better.
