You are right that they did on too few instances however. The main message over the years from Noront was about E-W, never mind. So much proof for that. They stated for instance that the dialogue of government officials was overburdened, just a year ago. Should never have been said. NOT never actually co-operated with KWG on their claimed corridor. They must have had their reasons, but in my view it took too long to find the turning point. MF took their chance after being left aside. Signing of the pre-agreement has been underestimated as well.

To me it really seemed that the government or Noront wanted something which FN refused. Because it was offered. History playing the larger part in that. If it is no longer offered as they did not want it, things change. Someone else is eager to have it, seeking the benefits from it. And this took years ?
