If you look at the original RFP posted by Tinman, you will see Magellan Advisors ..from cough cough ..Denver Colorado USA put the package together on behalf of Matawa. 

And this company is located 7 minutes from Resource Capital funds headquarters in Denver Colorado

.....

The request to price this tender was sent out and now we have a cough cough team(partnership),,,, called 

Rapid Lynx communications....that will do the work.
