Imagine this for a minute.
You have a house "supposedly" worth $110,000
You need a bathroom renovation and the gov't is offering to do it for free for a price tag of $69,000
Sounds insane doesn't it?
But, it gets better.
You notice your kitchen looks dated and does not reflect the exquisite nature of your flair and style. And it has a bad smell.
The Gov't steps up again and offers to put in a free smell-ter at a price tag of One Million Dollars.
But it gets better.
In order to haul all the exquisite, expensive accessories needed for your paid for renos, a new road is needed, since you have only a winter road.
The gov't agrees to put aside one million dollars for this new road.
So the question is .....is your house really worth $110,000?
I mean, with all this free investment by gov't how are they going to get their money back with a good return?
I guess they will make some money when you pay your yearly property taxes? But property taxes on a house worth $110,000?
What's the house you own really worth?
You realize something big must be buried in your backyard for this much free to be thrown at you.
You realize what you have is worth a lot more than $110,000
