I'm total con fuzed by CBC.

1. I toght that Kid plant was OK'd by Noront 4 nickl or procesin & only stop was no road to git or out 2 it.

2. How com NOT to mak de cision bout ferrochrom when no road. Road or rail has to go to ferro procesin plant. Dos NOT know that road be de cided by year end? I doubt.
