I do not think you received an adequate reply sooo may I say that I am one who is totally convinced that the Ring Will happen. The only uncertainty for me is When.

I also believe that the contenders for smelters etc. also are of similar mind. With my waiting for years now, they must be more optistic then I, time wise.

Perhaps, and probably, they know more than I. I wish them luck and power to get thing moving in a more timely manner.
