While I applaud your continued enthusiasm, the reality of a takeover situation is that no potential buyer will pay the purchasee (us) for what has already been/committed to be spent by other parties on the development of the property. Certainly needed infrastructure that is already in place/planned will be factored into the decison to purchase, and any purchase premium will reflect that (and hopefully the exploration potential of the land package if that is purchased in total as well ) , but at the end of the day they are merely interested in their return on investment. Though in principle you are correct that NOT is a very tasty prize, your math is somewhat faulty, and thus projected takeover price needs to be tempered accordingly... Holding strong...
