Message: Noront Mine construction

In general, no one wants to buy the patent itself. Users will pay for the licence to utilise the patent. Because of the need for further consolidation I have looked at it long ago, it is a deadlock. If Glencore would buy it, like a Freewest type of deal amount, NOT would directly be in the spotlight and Glencore would make it hard for themselves to gain a favourable negotiation position, a no go. NOT does Not really need the goodies, has no money to do the deal, we have Frank's persistance for his place in history, would be dillutive.

Best is to have a package deal, KWG at the negotiation table once both deposits of NOT are trading hands. It will be done, like Freewest has gone, Cliffs, BMK, Esker, winner takes all. In terms of percentage, it will be a lot for KWG as it sits low, in absolute figures we are looking at probably 80M for the rights of the N-S rail-corridor, lincensing patent and the goodies. There is too much Chromite :-)
