The patent is good news for KWG.  It's a bargaining chip, that's worth someting.  But what.

Again, Frank pulls a rabbit out of his _ _ _. 

KWG , A slightly more attractive take over target, buy out or reverse merger target at this price of 2 cents.

But, the company needs cash.

NOT should act accordingly and license or partner if either company is to go anywhere in the Ring.
