If they have the goods, they will come looking for them.

NOT has the goods, once they have them developed/advanced the project, they will come looking.

How about a Pre-Christmas gift to Notsters, some holiday cheer from NOT, perhaps in the form of an off take agreement from one of the above Big Names.
