Message: KWG Resources has chromite production patent

"Timmins is one of four Northern Ontario communities being considered as a location for a chromite refinery by Noront Resources, the other major player in the Ring of Fire development. Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury are other cities being considered."

Congrats to Frank and KWG...

But Timmins is not the ideal place for a Nickel or Chromite refinery/smelter when we already have nickel smelters in Sudbury. It makes sense to locate the processing in a major mining center where mining supply companies are already well established.

Sudbury has the experience, expertice, labor etc. It is much easier to attract talent to a major mining community than to small towns like Timmins, Thunder Bay or Sault Ste Marie.
