This is a 4 horse open race, Sault Ste. Marie is the pace setter getting out of the starting gate first, followed closely by ThunderBay, Timmins and Sudbury still in the gate.  I'm expecting a Sliky Sullivan Finish to this race.  But it's going to come down to the finish line, and perhaps a photo finish or perhaps by a technicality in the bid submission or bid doccument. Having an experienced bid team and a keen eyed legal team might be worth the added expense for this grand prize.  Good luck to all Cities who submit bids for the Noront Ferrochrome Production Facility. This is worth Billions of Dollars to your local economies.
