...just as likely that a third party "three-dimensional" chess-player (s) with a vested interest in maintaing the current staus quo in the chromite market (or employment situation therein for to geopolitical reasons ) and /or who are seeking to eventually acquire the region at the lowest fractional price of it's true value , is /has utilized (via funding through non-transparent/indirect means/contributions ) such an "ecoterrorist" organization(s) , which itself is/was either unwittingly or knowingly being used (due to some shared or mutually beneficial objectives/outcomes )
...I can come up with these "Conspiracy theories" with the best of them . ;)
