Folks, I meant to write BY July of this year.

if Noront wants to buy back 50% of the Eagles Nest NSR for a price tag of 3.1 million dollars ,..they need to do it before the end of July of this year

"Net Smelter Return (NSR) Royalty: A defined percentage of the gross revenue from a resource extraction operation, less a proportionate share of incidental transportation, insurance, refining and smelting costs."

If Noront pays this 3.1 million dollars to buy back 1/2 percent of the NSR, then the gross revenue from the resource extraction of the eagles nest   is seen to be at least  620 million.
