"Algoma’s motion will be heard in a Toronto court on Jan. 25, 2018"

Today the SECURED lenders...will have their motion to lift the stay, heard, in a Toronto Court.

If the judge lifts the stay....there is no bankruptcy protection....

and back in march 2017

"Employees voted 98 per cent in favour of a strike, should a new collective bargaining agreement between the union and the company not be reached"

If the stay is lifted and a strike results...the secured lenders will most likely...liquidate.
