My take on the question of natural gas and electricity is that Noront has the KWG technology in mind, they already have enough shares of KWG to show they believe in it along with KWG's ROF claims.

Coutts hasn't mentioned it, rather focusing on electricity for a reason IMO.  If you wanted the lowest electricity deal for decades to come, as recently mentioned, then why make it known that the natural gas will allow Noront further savings?  Its a better negotiation tactic to hold your cards close to your chest... so to speak.

Hoov mentioned the technology has not been scaled up for commericial use (It's good to see you back BTW... :) ).  Is there any other use for this technology on a smaller scale?  I can only assume the patent is based on this ultimately being used for large scale operations.
