Thank you for this Hoov.

But, China is not incapable of new engineering to test this on a large scale.

There is tremendous saving to go with Natural gas which would be a big benefit for them.

They are quite speedy and capable when asked to do something.

Look at the team that came out from FSDI when it came to the rail.
