.....the much needed infrastructure for their people to combat overcrowding, and improve living conditions.  I hope that they get the cold weather they need to transport these modular houses safely.  I know every year climate change continues to make these sort of things difficult for them. Especially with the transporting of foods, clothing, tools, and people, let alone items of this size.  Good to see their requests are being answered.
