NOT did its updated 43-101 on Blackbird Deposit in 2012 ( http://norontresources.com/projects/blackbird-deposit/ ), and the 43-101s on the other chromite deposits were complated even later. The FerroChrome price is that which is what we are really interested in (beneficiation of the ore through the smeltering process here in Ontario for maximal economic gain) has actually increased since 2012, NOT halved!!
