All though $7.00 sounds great, I think it the short term with the road plan being executed, (shovels in ground), my guess is the shares will rise towards the $2.00 to $3.00 range.  That is if and when the governent  gets that figure out.  

The second rise in share price will be when the road is in play and it is paired wih a partnership between NOT and an investor with deep pockets.  That is when NOT's value will truly explode.  I think $7.00 will easily be reached.

Third major rise will many years down the road. That phase will be precious metals coming out of the ground and revenues starting to be made.  I see $10.00 and beyond after that.  Hell the skies the limit once the chromemite starts providing revenue.

Take all of this with a grain of salt.  My opinion is very bias, lol.
