I expect Wynne will be speaking to the proponents of the North / South road very soon.  If the First Nations are looking to have their Liberal promises fulfilled then they must now act in the best interests of the Liberal agenda.  They know that if they do not they risk having a PC agenda changing things.  In the coming weeks the Liberals will be putting the pressure once again on both Marten Falls and Webequie to give their blessing for a joint N/S road & Ring of Fire announcement.  An announcement where the general public will be told again what exactly the Ring of Fire is, and what it means for the people of Ontario.

IMO: With the help of the First Nation proponents Wynne will draw her ace early before the budget is laid out, so that the Liberals can twart any PC attempt to take the Ring away from them.
