Message: Modular Homes.....Are You Sure?
On the surface it looks like their just trying to improve the residential housing situation in Webequie when we see notices like this one below telling us modular buildings are being transported by winter road to Webequie. But when I took the time to look up Larabie Logistics, or should I say Larabie Consulting, I get the feeling this has more to do about housing workers, than housing the First Nations people of Webequie....There is more to this than we are being lead to believe.....Hmmmm.

Good Morning Everyone –WINTER ROAD UPDATE (from 6:50am March 22nd)
We appreciate all of your patience and support. The convoy passed Summer Beaver junction midday Monday and this last 110km stretch to Webequie has taken much longer than anticipated. Everyone involved is eager to see the safe arrival of these 6 homes in Webequie and we hope to be able to confirm that for you tonight.
Convoy progressed through the night to 49km from Webequie. Webequie winter road crew is widening road and cutting branches to proceed. Convoy is expected to start up again at 11am.Larabie Logistics (or Larabie Consulting if you will...website Larabie.ca) estimates arrival in Webequie at 5pm today, unless the daytime temperatures force them to stop and resume in the evening.
TRAFFIC INFORMATION: The Winter Road from Neskantaga, Eabametoong and Summer Beaver to Pickle Lake are not blocked by the convoy. When warmer daytime temperatures are expected, commercial traffic to travel at night to preserve the life span of the winter road.........
