It is their way to sway the voters a good example of this is ...this time Wynne has promised free child care for every child in Ontario, which would save a family of 4 with two children $17,000.00 a year.

Every one is oowing and ahing,until they realize it will only take affect in the year 2020 as her Government will, in all probability be turfed out this coming election.

It is the same as "we have  $1 billion for the ring of fire ".... more "pie in the sky" promises!!
