cupcake, you are right in saying the money was transferred.

it was put in the Trillium Trust

Essar Algoma's deadline comes at the end of the month. The AMERICAN lenders wanted the motion of stay lifted the last time, but the judge demanded a final round of talks between the union and the lenders. We'll see soon if he means it.
