Team Investors .... 

I must disagree with concerns directed at Mr. Coutts. 

Concern should be directed in my view (my view only) at your/my elected political officials. 

Start there,  in this coming election. If one has not sent a memo/letter/email to your elected person, then we are not being proactive ourselves.
