I am confused. The Essar Steel (parent company) is going into liquidation, or Essar Steel Algoma is going into liquidation. It would appear their talking about the parent company. Because the article is coming from a paper called "The Hindu", that I believe is in India; if I am not mistaken. Algoma's fate I do not think is directly tied to theirs. However, I could be wrong.
