With KWG travelling with Marten's Falls and Canmet to the chromium conference it appears that KWG may have been off pedalling their chromite patent for Canada and left their other half at home as it was not necessary for them to travel. 

What a perfect set up...noront, kwg, cooperative FN....one big happy family ready to dominate the chromium industry with centuries of product and the cheapest way to process it.  Why fight????  Have they been silent partners since Noront took the Cliff's claims for a song seemingly unopposed by any serious bids?

Regardless the ring seems ready to roll...all seem to be on board from the feds to the province to the FN to the noronts and kwg's.  It seems we wait for some mysterious catalyst to set off a chain reaction that will give Canada a new resource based income and prosperity for the north.
