KTM, seems I have a little more faith in Wynne than you do.  A little more I say.  All signs point to movement in her plan.  The convoy of buildings, the job fairs, the updates to existing roads and bridges and airports and hydro stations, the instalation of internet etc. etc. etc.   Just goes to show you that being a fibber does not pay off because when you finally tell the truth, no one believes you.
