Hoov you mention society's failures to live up to duties.

What about the Chiefs of these reserves failing to live up to THEIR duties.

Look what Aecon did for Neskantaga. Look at the FN students who worked hard to train for a job only to still not have an approved road. How disappointing and unfair is that!
