So where are the bidders at: Timmins, Mayor filling the pot for Noront, Sudbury, people not real happy with location, Sault Ste Marie have a challenge from Garden River First Nation over consultation relating to Port infrastructure etc which leaves Thunder Bay - extremely quiet compared to the other bidders...
