Wonder if the Cree were discussing this as one all along, seems some communities in Matawa say they were not even included in certain discussions on the ROF? absolutley mind blowing with all the time Gravelle spent getting it right that at times it seems some communities make it sound like we are at square one. Can one or two communities block this forever (may have been Cliffs issue) as it appears some cheifs are doing, I would have thought all the chiefs have been in four or five hundred meetings and must have Enviromental studies a mile high on roads and such.
