Hi.  More of a coincidence.  I've been reading posts here for a while (a year or so) and really enjoying it and have learned a lot.  This isn't my area of investing expertise at all!  

When I saw this document from the OCC today I thought others might be interested.  This is the first time since I joined as a member I felt like I had something to add to the discussion since I didn't see this referenced anywhere.
