I used to know this guy in Montreal, Gerry, who worked for ESSO doing nothing but pumping gas for customers, into his 60's and 70's.  He had nothing, he eventually bought the gas station he worked at, and the property, in the west end and became a millionaire pumping gas. 

I would like to own the Esso , Tim Horton's, Shopper's, The Beer Store etc.  Frachise Rights in the Ring, because I want to be just like Gerry.
