C 17, this initiative in SA is a long way off although l agree 100% with your analysis the ROF

is slipping away if all concerned do not come to a consensus soon. However; who uses high quality

steel plate made in Canada - the good ole USA and a lot of it is made by ALGOMA steel in SSM.

The Matawa meetings being held will determine if FN's want to improve the way of the future or
