bd70, l believe that the market has spoken and the PC's are dealing with people issues first and the ROF chaos will be back burner for some time maybe not until year two of their mandate. 

The CoC can issue all the plans they want but Ford has his own agenda and the people will remain at the head of that parade..

l like $1.00 beer.
