Way back when snow was on the ground I was saying that if no substantial news arrives by end of spring (Sell in May and go Away) that the sp would very likely fall below 30 cents.
While it has yet to do so I believe that anticipation of Ontario election and expected government change was holding up hope and hence price stayed in high 30s.
Now with still no substantive support for RofF infrastructures hope finally fades and sp reflects.

My remaining hopes are with some announcment for succeeding winter road season. Otherwise another year will be lost.
