If Marten Falls FN's did not sell any shares given to them by Noront, then they have a total of 733,000.

Last August 21,2017... was the date we got the yes we have a road and then shortly after, the road soured.

Were the stocks sold at the high on that day for a nice 92K profit? Who knows. But one year later...on the same month of April, Marten Falls was given the exact same amount of shares.

The two offerings this year in May and June have not been in the money...perhaps before the end of the year..they will be. I notice the last offering becomes tradeable Oct.5,2018

As part of the Agreement, and by fulfilling certain obligations and arrangements, MFFN becomes a shareholder of Noront Resources. The Company has agreed to issue 311,111 shares of Noront stock valued at $0.225, the closing price on April 12, 2017

Marten Falls First Nation Shares
The Company would also like to announce the issuance of 311,111 common shares to Marten Falls First Nation. These shares are part of an exploration and pre-development agreement with our First Nation partner announced on April 13, 2017. The common shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day which will expire on August 10, 2018.

Noront is issuing 111,111 common shares to Marten Falls First Nation. These shares are part of an exploration and pre-development agreement with our First Nation partner announced on April 13, 2017. The common shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day which will expire on October 5, 2018.
