Greg knows that if his PC government does not partner with the Matawa First Nations and Noront that they could be left out in the cold.....His past sentiment suggests that... So, he knows the importance of giving both the First Nations and the private sector (Noront) what they need. Not only to ensure success in the Ring of Fire, but to allow both businesses and communities to prosper.  If not, then both his government and him could be over stepped...Something I am sure Mr. Rickford does not want to see happen.
