look at the past 5 trading days of Star Diamond.

You can see it's been going down and did not have a good close yesterday.

Star Diamond has been waiting over 4 years for their environmental permit

Noront has been waiting almost 3.5 years. I can see this decison for Star Diamond...speeding things up for Noront....for a number of reasons.
