Folks, I'm going to give you a bit more to think about after today's fiasco...after I did some more digging and more thinking.
The problem is.... where to start this post since I've got a bunch of stuff I want to say all at the same time.
Ok..I’ll start here.
If you wanted to go to Science North ..it would cost you $22.00 for an adult ticket.
I’d like you to think about a time when you got to go to a Fancy place for FREE and at the same time got to be close to a federal minister …also for FREE.
My Goodness, I am sure the folks that live near the Sudbury area would have LOVED to go to this event for FREE and to get a chance to ask Sohi about the Ring of Fire or ask other questions.
After forking over big bucks to book this place…your attendance was NOT wanted.
Give me a break, if this event was the real plan all along…the cow would have been milked.
Tickets would be at least $250 and up. You’d get to mingle, see a fancy place and have some fine dining…and have a chance to get close to Sohi. Perhaps ask about the ROF. Federal elections are less than one year away and this event could have been used to make money for the Feds.
My opinion is ….the REAL event to make a Major mining announcement was cancelled or postponed. Someone wasn’t quite ready.
You need to book a place like the Vale Cavern well in advance. And if you actually wanted attendees…you advertise this event. …well in advance…so people can actually see it and fit it into their schedules…AND they would be paying to go.
Come on folks…On Friday last week it was decided to have this cleantech announcement at this cavern….and you needed to RSVP by Monday…come on…
You needed to book this room MORE than 2 business days in advance. So, my thinking is ..it was booked well in advance …but somehow “the” announcement had to be delayed…so what to do.
Plan B was on Friday and it was sudden and even Sohi didn’t put the actual info on his twitter?
Who the heck on Friday would know to go on the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce …twitter ..to dig this invite out. An invite that had very little notice?
And look at the announcement again from the Canadian gov’t. Where were the details so you could RSVP or even know that you could go to this FREE thing????
(2) Is it a coincidence that on the same day of this ...so called Vale Cavern..clean tech announcement..that this is going on at 5:00pm also at Vale Cavern.

5:00pm TODAY.. at the Vale Cavern, Sudbury has their ...annual AGM and Phil Fontaine is the keynote speaker.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Phil Fontaine, Former National Chief, Assembly of First Nations
From the past you will see the RBC and Bob Rae connections that Phil has. He travelled often with Bob to the matawa meetings.

Phil Fontaine & Bob Rae - October 25, 2013
Phil Fontaine, B.A.
Special Advisor to the Royal Bank of Canada, former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, advocate for the survivors of Indian residential schools and appointee to the Order of Canada
Bob Rae, LLB
Chief Negotiator for Matawa First Nations Tribal Council on the Ring of Fire, former interim leader of the national Liberal party and Premier of Ontario
===================================================== (3) Last month Phil Fontaine was ALSO the keynote speaker of the AGM in .....TIMMINS..
"Phil Fontaine, the former national chief of the Assembly of First Nations, was the keynote speaker at the annual general meeting of the Timmins Chamber of Commerce this week."
As he began his talk, Fontaine acknowledged that Timmins falls within, or close to, the traditional lands of 16 First Nations communities.
He said his time in Timmins that day included a tour of Northern College as well as time spent at the Timmins Native Friendship Centre.
“I like what I’ve heard so far. I like the sense of spirit that seems to prevail in the community,” Fontaine said. “And I am convinced that you are going to bring about some major changes here that will make a difference not just to Timmins, but the Indigenous communities that border your town.”
what major change is he talking about...a deal with Mushkegowuk, Ontario Northland , Rail...??? due to smelter in Timmins???? Look at his timely appearance at Timmins last month and Sudbury ..today....at the same time Sohi is here.

(4) while Sohi is in sudbury...did he say hi to anyone at Glencore?
I notice exactly one week from today Glencore having a presentation in Sudbury.

(5) ok last point…if you are skeptical and think last minute changes like this don’t happen..

(6) Try not to be too angry or disappointed about today. I don’t know of a project as big as the ROF. “They” are not making it easy. Today is yet another reminder to expect the unexpected with No head’s up…when it comes to news pertaining to the ROF.
The usual henchmen have been manipulating the price heavily this month ..and heck it isn’t even interest month for RCF..
So why have the henchmen been working overtime like this. What is coming up.
To me it seems like what was to be spoken about today…merely got postponed and the “filler… cleantech” was substituted last Friday.
