Perhaps he has friends at Resource Capital Funds who would prefer that NOT not have a ringing endorsement, thus they might continue their accumulation ...or perhaps he doesn't want to piss off that Private Equity Fund (RCF)  which may be a rival to his own  funds (involvement with  Sprott ) but whom he would prefer to not slight  by being critical of the  project . Perhaps the Platiunum companies that he promotes personally or through Sprott would be direct competitors for investment monies...or perhaps he just doesn't know much about the project (doubtful)
