It`s clear after reading this, that someone other than the previous gov`t was steering the Rof ship.

(3) I noticed something very interesting. On page 32 of 56 I noticed that the letter on CSF letter head  was signed by Chris Irwin. I notice the address at the bottom of the letterhead is the same address as :

I noticed seafield resources..and remembered the old option agreement back in 2008 with Noront..
