I give it a try.

rcf is our biggest shareholder,they funded noront in time fo need with a 15 million dollar loan.

in return noront suplies rfc with shares of noront,rfc is sort of limited to a 20percent holding.

so evey time rfc receives shares they run to their limit of 20%.and as a concequence have to sell part of their holdings,by doing so they lower their average price.

rcf’s claim to fame is that they sell their holdings in a take over at 10times their average price.

the plan has always been to sell noront at someting close to us3 once a road is in place.

Ofcourse i have no insider knowledge,and i am all making this up,but.. you have an answer,someting to think about???
