I totally agree.

I have e-mailed twice and after receiving no reply, I phoned and spoke to someone in their Investor Relations department who said she saw my emails and would reply but still nothing (this was three weeks ago). What is the function of their Investor Relations department?

Frustrated, but still optimistic.
