Canadian tax payers are now also paying a chunk of the new moderization on behalf of the American owners
Canadian tax payers are kicking in a chunk of this money on behalf of the American owners to help offset the American imposed steel tarrifs
Now that our Canadian pockets are empty, maybe the ROF will be "allowed" to move forward.
